Hello SAE Clean Snowmobile Challenge teams!
To prepare for upcoming virtual presentations please complete the following steps at your earliest convenience:
Create an Account & Register: To do this, register here: https://hopin.com/events/csc-2023-virtual-presentations. Please make sure that the name you are registering with is identical to the name and email address that you include on your ‘Presenter Form’ submission.
Submit your ‘Presenter Form’ by Jan 16th: Please have your presenter form submitted on www.saecleansnowmobile.com by 11:59:59 PM ET, January 16th. For more information on the Presenter Form & where to find, visit this news post. No handwritten forms will be accepted. You can download a copy of the presenters form directly by clicking here.
Stay Tuned: More information on Hopin and how to access your presentation room will be shared soon. Hopin room links and platform instructions will be distributed m no later than January 25th.
- Teams are only permitted to enter their presentation room 10 minutes prior to your scheduled presentation time. Entering the room earlier is absolutely not permitted.
- Only 10 individuals will be able to share their audio/video during the presentation. Roughly 4 of these available screens will be taken up by judges, meaning that teams will have ~6 screens to utilize throughout the presentation.
- Presentations will be recorded.
