By participating in this event, your team will showcase its Collegiate Design Series vehicle and any supplemental materials such as team literature, trophies and or event photos/video to all guests in attendance, including key automotive industry leaders. You will communicate and network with these individuals throughout the event, as well as when you join them at a sponsor’s table for dinner and the program.
The SAE Foundation would be willing to compensate your team $500 provided the following criteria is met:
•Your University Programs Vehicle/Plane and all presentation materials must be delivered to The Henry Ford Museum at 7:00 am Tuesday, May 23rd. Absolutely no exceptions.
•Your entire team must be on-site and set-up no later than 5:15 p.m. EST. on Tuesday, May 23rd. Some teams will be chosen to be part of the VIP Tour with Ford CEO, Jim Farley beginning at 6:00 pm.
•Between 3-5 team members must attend the entire event and each provide brief bio’s by April 15th. Please provide name, college, major, current year of study and brief description of your area of study and career interest on the following form provided.
•Vehicle/materials all must be removed immediately following the event on Tuesday, May 23rd.
