Attention: SAE Clean Snowmobile Teams!
Hello! As you know, virtual presentations are right around the corner - happening on the 15th and 16th of this month. In January we shared the static presentation schedule so that you could prepare accordingly. You can download a copy of the schedule from Series Resources or you can direct download by clicking here.
With only a two weeks before the start of the presentations, we need your help on a few things to ensure that the presentations go as smoothly as possible. Please note the action items below.
Team Action Items
First and most importantly, every person that intends to present for your team needs to register for the events that they are participating in.
The second action that we need you to complete is uploading the PDF 'Presenter Form' for your team in the document submission area of www.saecleansnowmobile.com no later than 11:59:59 PM ET on Monday, February 7th. The 'Presenter Form' template can be found on Series Resources within the 2022 Clean Snowmobile Competition Resources folder. Please complete this to ASAP and try to make your submission FINAL. We will be pulling the submissions on February 8th and inputting your presenters into the system. Please try your best to NOT make any changes after you have submitted.
We will be reaching out after submissions about website and account testing. Also, please be aware that we will be recording your presentations - that said, please ONLY include individuals on the presenter form that will actually be presenting. You can share your video recording post presentation with your faculty advisor, teammates that weren't presenters, etc.
