By attending this Live Tutorial, student teams will obtain a deeper understanding on how the use of model and simulation applications aid in the engineering design process. Participants in attendance will leave the presentation with a good idea of what to start and include in their models, what assumptions need to be made and what challenges/limitation there are.
Presenters will cover the following:
- Basics of vehicle modeling and how it pertains and can be tailored to each virtual dynamic event.
- Basics of engine modeling and how it pertains and can be tailored to each virtual dynamic event.
- Brief overview of the controls/co-simulation
The presentation will include time for Questions & Answers. Estimated duration of this seminar is 2 hours.
