The following documents are required of student teams if your snowmobile sled design requires a modification to the original transmission or chassis structure. Teams using high pressure fuel lines are also required to submit a document per the rules to ensure all team designs are safe and comply with competition rules.

Upcoming Document Deadlines:

• Chassis Modification Submission due January 10, 2022, 11:59:59 p.m. ET
• Transmission Modification Submission due January 10, 2022, 11:59:59 p.m. ET
• High Pressure Fuel Lines Submission due January 10, 2022, 11:59:59 p.m. ET

Please note these documents are required to be reviewed and approved prior to competing onsite at competition. SAE Clean Snowmobile volunteers will be reviewing and providing any guidance should a team submission be viewed as unsafe or not meeting the intent of the rules.

Only teams making modifications are required to submit the document prior to or on deadline of January 10, 2022. Teams may submit as late as January 15th and receive penalty points. No team will be permitted to participate onsite with a modified design unless team submits required documentation and it is approved.
